By the very nature of this program, once you place your order, you cannot get a refund. By placing your order, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page.

2. Traffic-Kings/Dale Advertising, Inc. does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be made from the Traffic-Kings program.
3. All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of the owners and officers of Traffic-Kings/Dale Advertising, Inc.
4. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary.
5. All members agree that they will not hold Traffic-Kings liable for any items or policies within this program.
6. It is your responsibility to make sure your email address for your PayPal link is correct.
7. Should your account at PayPal be locked or restricted for any reason, that problem is your responsibility. Traffic-Kings/Dale Advertising Inc. will not be held liable.

There will be no Unsolicited Commercial Bulk Email to promote this program. Traffic-Kings.com has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

We consider any of the following grounds for termination of an account:

1. To post a single article or advertisement to more than ten (10) Usenet or other newsgroups, forums, email mailing lists or other similar groups or lists;
2. To send unsolicited emailings.
3. To engage in any of the foregoing activities using the service of another provider.
4. To falsify user information provided to Traffic-Kings or to other users of the service in connection with Traffic-Kings, or any of it's other sites.
5. To use the Traffic-Kings or Dale-Advertising name via Unsolicited Commercial Bulk Email as defined above.
6. Using collected email addresses that are more than 10 days old.

Traffic-Kings/Dale Advertising Inc. considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings, who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by Traffic-Kings/Dale Advertising, Inc. terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.

In addition, we have the right, where feasible, to implement technical mechanisms which block multiple postings as described above before they are forwarded.

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit Traffic-Kings actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.

Traffic-Kings/Dale Advertising, Inc. reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

In addition, Traffic-Kings/Dale Advertising, Inc. reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

We Do Not give refunds on your order for a lifetime membership or on a distributor upgrade. Do Not Ask for one. As an Internet marketer, it is your responsibility to know whether or not you want to be a part of this program when you order.

We have the right to terminate any membership for any reason, including (but not limited to) the request for the removal of your email address and the use of autoresponders on our site.

By ordering a Basic Lifetime Membership, or Becoming a Traffic-Kings Distributor, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
